How do i cite a film in an essay? - citing a quote from a reading

I am writing an article in the British NHS, and I would like to quote a phrase from the movie Sicko by Michael Moore to. The appointment is a former political reading aloud from a pamphlet in 1948 stating that the NHS.

My question is ....

The reference system of Harvard .. How to cite in my text, and also in my references?

I know Harvard, but also for MLA Citation in the text is ....
